Vintage Eggplant Bakelite Bracelet! Abstract Star & Vertical Slash Carvings!

Description

This cool vintage Bakelite bracelet I believe was originally carved from semi translucent purple colored Bakelite. Over the years since it was made the patina has darkened to its current lovely dark eggplant color. It has been decorated with four abstract star designs that are equally spaced and separated by four sets of vertical slash carvings.
The bracelet is 1/2" wide with a 2.5" interior diameter; it weighs 14 grams.
This Bakelite bracelet is in excellent vintage condition, no chips or cracks were noted. The bracelet's authenticity as Bakelite was confirmed using Simichrome polish. (See photo #10)
