Description

Wonderful large sized vintage Chinese / China gilt silver filigree articulated (movable) fish pendant with turquoise stone eyes.  The mouth of the fish opens to reveal a small compartment which could be used as a vinaigrette or pomander or patch box or pill box.  The body, tail and and four fins are movable Measures approximately 3 1/8" long excluding the loops.  Total weight is 22.6 grams.  Stamped "Silver" on the inside of the mouth.
