Vintage Cast Metal United Fireman's Insurance I.N.A. 1792 Plaque Plate BIS

Hi!
What does BIS stand for in the listing?
It means Bid Includes Shipping (for domestic bidders)
I used to put FREE SHIPPING but in all honesty it really isn't free
it's just added into the original bid so in an attempt to be accurate
I am going to give this a try.  Now enough chit chat, here's the details:
UP FOR BIDS:
This is a vintage collectible plaque
that measures 2.3" across
by 3" high
it weighs 3.8 ounces

The last photo shows the framed piece that this plaque comes from.
I originally was going to sell it as a whole
but when I went to shoot photos for it
I discovered it had a strong odor from age.
Which caused an allergic reaction from me.
After that I decided to separate the plaques.
I stored them in a container with
some odor absorbent packs for a week.
The smell is reduced but still noticeable
and I wanted to make bidders aware of this
They were glued to the piece of leather on the frame but came off easily
when I applied a little heat with a hair dryer.
There is glue residue on the back as shown in the photos
I rubbed some off with my thumb and the rest should clean up easily
The coloring on these looks great for their age and
will look even better with a bit of a clean up
