Vintage antique celluloid (maybe) cream floral bangle bracelet

Description

first off, I don't really know much about vintage plastics so I am not 100% sure that this is celluloid! i THINK it is? it is very light and looks like it. I have taken a lot of pictures for you to look at and determine for yourselves. please see the picture with the ruler for dimensions! the bangle is just over half an inch wide.
condition: this is in great vintage condition! it looks vintage, but there are no cracks or chips or other flaws that I can see.
