1945, Tryout, Boston, MA.  The revival of the William Shakespeare play opened in NYC on 01/15/46 and ran for only 39 performances.  Inside are leading players headshot photos, bios and photos of and articles about The Theatre Guild.
The cast includes Henry Daniell, Florence Reed, Jessie Royce Landis, Romney Brent, Whitford KaneMichael Bey, Colin Keith-Johnston, David Powell, Maurice Cavell, Denise Flynn, Lucille Patton, Jenniffer Howard, Baldwin McGaw, Charles Francis, Charles Atkin, Frank Leslie, Victor Beecroft, Genevieve Frizzell, Edwin Cushman, Philip Huston, Kurt Richards, Frederick Bradlee, Geraldine Stroock, Jo Van Fleet and Helen Wagner.  Directed by B. Iden Payne and Romney Brent.

Condition is good+ with minor wear at the spine, a scuff and light soiling on the front cover and a one-sheet program from 10/08/45, Colonial Theatre, Boston, MA neatlly stapled to the title page.

CONDITION:
I use a six-step condition scale to describe the overall paper quality:  Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor.  Good means just that:  desireable for a collection with no immediate need to upgrade.  Excellent and Mint are usually reserved for publisher and music store remainders.  Expect Good-minus and Fair to have considerable wear.  All specific condition faults are noted after the general condition.
