    Pre-Broadway engagement of the NOEL COWARD comedy "PRIVATE LIVES" at the Harris Theatre in Chicago, Illinois. (The revival would open October 4th, 1948 at the Plymouth Theatre in New York City and run for 248 performances.) ..... DETAILS: The oversized sixteen page program measures approx. 9" X 12" inches and includes photos and bios of each of the actors, the playwright and the producer, a synopsis of the story and several production photos ..... CONDITION: (Please Note!) There are several edge tears, the most severe across Noel Coward's photo on his bio page, there is heavy creasing to the top right corner and  a clipped corner to the cover. Despite these flaws, this rare program will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any theatre aficionado or historian. This item will be carefully packaged in a protective sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
