I RECENTLY PURCHASED A LARGE INVENTORY OF HO AND N SCALE NEW OLD STOCK FROM THE ESTATE OF A GENTLEMAN WHO OWNED A MODEL RAILROAD STORE THAT CLOSED A FEW YEARS AGO.  THESE ITEMS HAVE BEEN IN STORAGE FOR A FEW YEARS SO BOXES AND PACKAGING WILL SHOW SHELF WEAR AND MIGHT SHOW DISCOLORATION FROM AGE.

ABOUT US
The items I sell are mostly older and vintage and are of respectable quality and described to the best of my ability.  These items have been purchased at estate sales and garage sales in the Phoenix, Arizona area.  I do not buy anything from homes that show evidence of smoke and avoid homes showing obvious signs of neglect.  Every attempt is made to give you an honest and accurate description noting any signs of wear.  New and unused items will be noted as such.
PAYMENT
payment is expected within 4 days.
SHIPPING
Your item will be shipped within one day of receipt of payment excluding weeks and holidays.  Shipping will be by USPS, most items are sent using priority mail with insurance included.
