    Description

    Offered for sale is this very cool vintage "zig-zag" Bakelite Bracelet! It has 10 carved "points" creating the zig zag pattern, which is one way to tell the original zig zag bracelets from later reproductions. The bracelet was made from semi translucent blue moon and solid cream colored Bakelite that has been laminated together to create the bracelet's unique zig-zag shape.
    The bracelet is 1 1/4" wide with a slightly domed shape. It has a 2.5" interior diameter and weighs 30 grams.
    This vintage Bakelite bracelet is in excellent condition and it's authenticity as Bakelite was confirmed using Simichrome polish. No chips, cracks or gaps in the lamination were seen.
