One lot of 8 souvenir ski pins, & 1 Cloth Patch (4 Lake Placid & misc. others)

Description

In my younger, or should I say my pre-octogenarian days, I enjoyed alpine skiing at various
major alpine resort venues.  On such trips I enjoyed collecting the ubiquitous souvenir ski-pins
or cloth patches
at the various resorts.  Consequently,
I have collected quite a few such
ski-resort souvenir pins & patches.  Accordingly, I have decided to make some of the souvenir
ski-memorabilia available to skiers who may want to add
such items to their  individual
collections.  This eBay listing comprises a single lot comprising 1 cloth (Lake Placid) patch
and 8 ski
pins; i.e. 4 items from Lake Placid, New York and others from various ski areas as
pictured above.
In due course I will be offering such ski-resort pins from other venues; e.g., Vail, Breckenridge, Stowe  & Jay Peak, Vermont,
Jackson Hole Wyoming and 1 from Innsbruck, Austria etc.  Please

venues which may be included in my collection
and I will check to see if I have any pins which
may satisfy your interest.
Alas, I must finally admit that my skiing days are long-since past; i.e., at age 80+ my fragile bones
and physical condition preclude such vigorous alpine skiing endeavors.  I have enjoyed my skiing experiences over the years,
but now I can only enjoy them vicariously via my photographs of such alpine scenery and, as the poet Wordsworth once penned; "...when they flash upon that inward eye...bliss of solitude."
