Mountain Lion / Cougar / Big Cat Scrimshaw Resin Replica Medallion Plaque

Description

This is a beautiful vintage resin reproduction scrimshaw with a fabulous mountain lion scene.
It was reproduced in the 80's by scrimshaw artist Charles W. Conner III & signed "CHAS CIII"
The artwork is extremely detailed, a mountain lion is standing on the edge of a cliff overlooking a scenic mountain valley.
The resin is made to closely resemble ivory.
Plaque/medallion measures approx. 4 1/4" across by 2 1/2" high & 1/8" thick.
It can be set on a shelf or small easel for display or it could be put into a small frame for displaying on a wall.
Has original price of .95 when purchased in the 1980's.
