Fold out brochure with a color photo on the front cover, and a map pinpointing the location of McAllen on the back cover. Published by the McAllen Chamber of Commerce. No date was found. My best guess is the 1950's. Unfolds to twelve panels (six on each side). See scans for content.
Informative and promotional text entices the reader to visit McAllen to set up a business or residence there. Detailed facts are included on the Lower Rio Grande Valley, and of business opportunities in McAllen. Vintage photos augment the text.
The brochure is in good + (plus) condition. Little wear to the covers and interior panels with very light creasing around the edges. Clean and free of marks.
