This is a rare souvenir program from the National Tour of the ELMER RICE comedy "DREAM GIRL" starring LUCILLE BALL. (The Original Broadway production opened December 14th, 1945 at New York's Coronet Theatre and ran for 348 performances while simultaneously playing on the road.) ..... The play starred LUCILLE BALL as "Georgina Allerton" and featured SCOTT McKAY, ANN ANDREWS and HAYDEN RORKE ..... DETAILS: The oversized sixteen page program measures 8 1/2" X 11" inches and includes production credits, partial cast list, photos and bios of each of the leading actors, a synopsis of the play, several photos of LUCILLE BALL and several pages of photos from her motion pictures ..... CONDITION: (Please Note!) There is edge chipping at the top of the back cover and last inside page, surface abrasions near the seam on the back cover and a light stain visible at the top seam. Despite these flaws, this rare program will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any theatre aficionado or historian. This item will be carefully packaged in a protective sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
