All returns must be initiated by emailing a request for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) within 15 days of product receipt. When requesting an RMA, please include a detailed reason for the return. We generally respond within 5 days with an RMA number and instructions for the return. Refunds and return shipping reimbursement will not be issued until product has been returned and inspected. If your RMA request is after 15 days from product receipt, your request and the reason for the return will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
You will receive a 100% refund and return shipping reimbursement for the following:

·         The product is different than the online product listing or our online product listing was inaccurate.
·         We shipped you the wrong product.
·         Product was not damaged during shipment. Returns must be in original packaging, undamaged.
