Description
This
is an unusual Vintage 1988 Insurance Company Award Plaque made to look like a
Box of Wheaties Cereal. The item has a 8” x 10” wooden back, with an attached
chrome plate on the front, and raised slightly above the plate is an etched
metal Orange & Silver plate with the image of the Wheaties box on it. The
box has the image of a Downhill Skier, and says “1988 Challenge Week – Go For
the Gold / Champions Use the System of Champions”. Another smaller metal plate
in the lower left hand corner says “Combined Life Insurance of New York / 100
New Sales”, with the etched name of the award winner. The wooden back has a
label for the maker that says “Broad Ripple Trophy Center - Indianapolis /
Indiana”. There are slots in the back, to hang the item from. The item is in
great condition, with only some light wear to the wooden backing, that just
needs a little furniture polish. Please see the Ebay Shipping Calculator to
