    Description

    This is a box of ash splints that are used for making Gustoweh -
    Gastowa - Kastowah Headdress frames.  There are two already made frames included in the lot.  I'm not sure how many more frames you can make with what is in the box, but I would estimate about 6 or more complete frames can be made from this lot.  Each splint is about 3+ feet long.  I've had this box of splints and frames in the garage for over 20 years.  We used to make these headdresses in Northeast Ohio back in the late 1990's.
