Not dated...pre zip codes. My best guess is the 1950's. Published by the Donna Chamber of Commerce. Unfolds to 12 panels (six on each side). See scans for content.
The brochure is in very good condition. Very little wear to the covers and interior panels.....light creasing around the edges. Free of marks.
