    We make no warranty regarding package condition. Some of our items may have spent time on a retail shelf while others are case fresh. Even case fresh items often have creases & bends. New items are new in package, but the package may or may not be in good condition. If you are a collector, please note that we cannot check the condition of an item before shipping, and returns do incur a restocking fee.

    PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER?
    We insure all orders. If your parcel is lost or damaged, you will need sign and return an insurance affidavit attesting to the loss or damage in order to get a refund. This is generally done electronically, or by signing and returning a form by scan, fax or postal mail. Damaged items will require photos of the damage to be sent to us as well.
