Butterscotch Bakelite Bangle Bracelet Chunky Carved “Rough” Layered Look

Description

Carved butterscotch Bakelite bangle bracelet with a “rough” layered look.  This bracelet appears to have a finish of some kind.  It looks like it has been painted (lacquered, maybe) and has a very smooth, shiny inside.  It does not pass the standard 409, Simichrome, etc. forms of testing.  I did, however, get a very faint Simichrome test when I firmly rubbed the Q-tip on the lighter-colored worn (?) edges.   It does have the weight and the distinctive clink when tapped against a known Bakelite bracelet.

Condition: Very good; edges appear worn, but that could be intentional.  Clean and from a smoke-free environment.
