    Description

    Up for bid is nice antique Chinese gilt silver filigree, enamel and cinnabar lacquer adjustable ring.  The oval top is just under 1 wide and the ring weighs 7 grams.  The top has an oval panel of floral cinnabar lacquer surrounded with sections of blue enamel.  It has blue enamel character on the sides as well.  The adjustable split shank is about size 8 as is, but can be adjusted to fit.  It is simply marked “SILVER”.
    Condition on the ring is good. The lacquer is slightly loose in its mount, and the shank is slightly bent.  Otherwise there is just light wear from use.  A nice old Chinese ring!
