Probably the 1st brochure for this landmark hotel (opened 1968), was with other 1968 Hemisfair Items and the cover claims it as 'San Antonio's finest new hotel'
Later became the Omni La Mansion Del Rio
In great shape, has light stain on first page (see pic)
